I offer individual therapy to people ages 15 and up. I can do supplemental sessions with couples or families when needed at the request of the individual client. Sessions are a standard 50 minute therapy hour.

I specialize in trauma, PTSD, substance abuse and depression. I also specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy, a highly effective method to treat trauma

Fees

My standard fee for the first introductory 50 minute session is $145. Individual sessions following that are $135 per 50 minute session. I do have some sliding scale spots available.

I would love the opportunity to work with anyone in need, but my priority is ensuring that those who are seeking counseling are able to get the support needed. As such if my fee is a barrier for you please let me know. I will do my best to research possible referrals for you that are in your price range or in network with your insurance.
